An outstanding all-round display by teenager Ali Allchin helped Burnham take the spoils in a match where bat dominated the ball.
The 19-year-old hit 95 and then, for an encore, took six for 68 to help his side achieve maximum points for the first time this season.
Allchin, who hit 13 fours and two sixes, shared in a fifth-wicket stand of 115 with Joel Whittaker, who hit a dozen fours and five sixes before departing for 98.
Norton and Raeburn shared eight wickets for Stock, before their skipper, John Lewis, kept them in the game with a fluent 72.
