BALLS

03 Mar 2015

Dear Secretary
The season is not that far away again and this letter is to inform you that the ball collecting evening will be on Thursday 16th April at Chelmer Park between 6pm and 8pm. Included with this letter is your clubs invoice which needs to be paid before that night. Details of who and how to pay are on the invoice. At 7pm on the same evening there is a captains meeting also at Chelmer Park. This is for all clubs that play in the Premier Division and Division 1. Failure to attend either of the above is a £60 fine.
To explain your invoice- All  teams are charged £55. Umpire fees have risen to £35 per umpire so all Premier teams have been charged £630 for the season, whilst Division 1 teams have been charged £560 due to the fact there are only 9 teams in this division. Premier Division teams are charged £133 for their 18 cricket balls whilst all other Divisions are charged £80. Teams in Divisions 1, 11 and 12 will all receive 16 balls and will be charged £72 per team. This is due to those teams having 9 teams next season. All fines are also included as well as a charge for those Clubs who have ordered extra cricket balls.
Can i remind you all that you must have your CWO in place for May 1stas failure to do so will result in you being unable to play in the League until this is in place. There were a number of rule changes at the AGM so please make your captains aware of them. Wishing you all a very good season
Yours Sincerely
